  • This website is for businesses and for people aged 18 or over. It gives information about Beast Benefits, a contact form and a live demo.
  • The live demo uses fictional sample data. Do not enter real personal data there.
  • The ROI calculator and the examples on the site are illustrative estimates, not a guarantee of results.
  • Prices are quoted per hotel on request. We make no offer until we confirm it in writing.
  • Paying customers are covered by a separate customer agreement and data processing agreement, which prevail over these terms. Bulgarian law applies.

1. Who we are

These terms apply to your use of beastbenefits.com (the “site”). The site is run by Autrady EOOD, a single-member limited liability company registered in Bulgaria. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Autrady EOOD.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who may use the site

The site is meant for businesses, such as hotels and other hospitality companies, and for the people who work for them. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

3. What the site is

The site gives information about Beast Benefits, our employee engagement and retention platform for hotels and hospitality. It has a contact form and links to a live demo at app.beastbenefits.com.

Using the site does not make you our customer. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

When you use the site, do not:

  • scrape or copy it in a way that harms the service;
  • try to break it, overload it or get around its security;
  • send unlawful content, or misuse the contact form;
  • make automated or bulk submissions through the contact form.

We may block access or discard submissions that break these rules.

5. Intellectual property

The Beast Benefits name, logo, design, text and software belong to Autrady EOOD or its licensors.

The typefaces Inter and Plus Jakarta Sans are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

You may link to the site and share it. You may not copy our brand or content for commercial use without our permission. To ask for permission, email hello@beastbenefits.com.

6. The live demo

The live demo at app.beastbenefits.com uses a fictional sample hotel and fictional sample data. It is for evaluation only.

It is provided “as is” and may be reset at any time. Do not enter real personal data.

7. Illustrative content

The ROI calculator and the examples on the site are illustrative estimates. They are not financial advice and not a guarantee of results. Results depend on each hotel.

8. Prices and offers

We do not list prices on the site. They are quoted per hotel on request. Any figures shown on the site, for example in the calculator, are illustrative only.

No offer is made, and no contract is formed, until we confirm it in writing.

9. The Beast Benefits service

The Beast Benefits service itself is governed by a separate customer agreement and a data processing agreement. For paying customers, those documents prevail over these terms if they conflict.

10. Availability and warranty

We provide the site and the live demo “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we do not guarantee that the site is always complete or free of errors.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit arising from use of the site or the live demo. None of this limits liability for intent or gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

The site may link to websites run by other parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

13. Changes

We may change the site and the live demo at any time. We may also change these terms. We post the new version here with a new date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply to you.

14. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes go to the competent court in Varna, Bulgaria. Mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you in your own country are not affected.

15. Severability

If a part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
